Linear Modules
Aluflex offers a wide range of different linear modules. We manufacture all modules to meet our customers’ requested stroke length and specification. Our linear modules are built to be driven by belt or ball screw. They have a repeat accuracy of +/-0.1 with belt and +/-0.05 mm with ball screw.

LM Linear Modules
LM Linear Modules are built with two drive alternatives, belt and ball screw. The bearing in the LM linear modules is a single linear guide for high positioning.
KE Compact Modules
The KE Compact Linear Module is constructed with double linear guide and ball screw for high positioning and repeat accuracy.
FKK Flexicarrier Module
The FKK Linear Module is intended for heavy movements. It is driven with a 32 or 40 mm ball screw and double 30-rails, for loads up to 750kg
FKR50-30 Linear Table
Our powerful belt-driven linear unit with double 30 rails and 4pcs rail guide carriages. Suitable transfer weight up to approximately 200kg.
FKZ2-30 Linear Table
Our powerful rack and pinion driven linear module with double 30 rails and 4pcs rail guide carriages. Suitable transfer weight up to approx 300kg.

The FKK Linear Module is intended for heavy movements. It is driven with 32 or 40 mm ball screw and double 30-rails.
JM Simple Linear Module
The JM Linear Module is delivered with two different drives; trapezoidal screw for manual adjustment and ball screw for motor operation.
