Compact Rail

Compact Rail is one of the world’s fastest growing linear systems. The components are produced in hardened bearing steel with exactly the same hardness and loading capacity as traditional linear bearings. It should be added here that the Compact Rail system construction has a great advantage in that it compensates for alignment errors and takes up angular deviations between two rails in a construction. The product is best for solutions that require a simple but strong linear bearing.

Compact Rail requires no surface treatment, and it also offers a much more flexible assembly than traditional linear bearings as well as withstanding dirty environments much better than traditional guide rails, e.g. wood and metal dust etc. With Compact Rail’s eccentric construction, it is also possible to obtain very low friction values for linear movements.
