Ball Screws

Aluflex offers a wide range of ball screws as well as complete motor assemblies. Our ball screws are available in diameters from 8 mm to 63 mm. The entire range of ball screws below are rolled grade C7, and are suitable for everything from simpler movements to application such as special machines and tool machines. As standard, the ball screws have a max. shaft play of 0-0.08 mm (P0). On request, we preload the ball screws to 2% of the dynamic load rating (P1)

We would be happy to help you dimension the screw or, alternatively, the entire movement including motor assembly and screw. We also provide a service to turn the ball screws on a lathe to match the bearing required.
