Steel Mesh Fixing Block 8 Zn fastens mesh with a wire diameter of 3.8 mm to a Line 8 groove without requiring any machining work. The mesh fixing element helps ensure enclosures and guards with a Steel Mesh infill can be built efficiently.
To construct a guard safely, the panel element must be secured using at least three Steel Mesh Fixing Blocks in each groove. To achieve a load capacity of 115 J in line with DIN EN ISO 14120:2016, three Steel Mesh Fixing Blocks need to be fitted per 1000 mm. Using four Steel Mesh Fixing Blocks per 1000 mm increases this capacity to 329 J.
