Stable and large Trays 8 ESD A feature a carrying capacity of 200 kg and are ideal for table-width picking and provisioning and for storing numerous small load carriers, semi-open fronted boxes and/or workpieces. The fastening elements supplied allow both horizontal and angled installation. An all-round Line 8 groove can also be used to mount accessory components such as Grab Containers and Label Backplates. There are three different versions to choose from when designing the perfect solution for your process: Tray ESD A : With an all-round edge to hold in place articles such as large boxes and workpieces that are not required as often. Tray 1x180° ESD A : With a lowered edge at the rear that makes it easier to restock the Tray. Tray 2x180° ESD A : With two lowered edges. Tray Stop Profile or Grab Plate Profile can be used with Grab Container 8 105x130 to optimise the removal procedure for small parts at the operator’s side of the Tray. This relieves strain on personnel while simultaneously boosting efficiency. All versions feature an ESD-safe design so that sensitive electronic components are not put at risk. The preassembled Trays ESD A are 600 mm deep and can be supplied in widths of 1200 mm, 1500 mm and 1800 mm to match the standard widths of item work benches. This ensures that the entire picking and provisioning concept slots seamlessly into your work bench design concept.
