Table Column Set D40/D30 K

The solution for lightweight, robust height-adjustable work benches! Table Column Set D40/D30 K is compatible with Profile Tube System D30. Profiles D40 are used to hold the Table Top and also enclose the Tube D16 6 A/F, which acts as a synchroniser shaft, transmitting torque from the cranked handle to the table columns so their height can be adjusted in sync. This creates ergonomic work benches using the minimum of materials. Based on lean production principles, you can therefore adapt solutions precisely to your processes – from the smallest of dimensions up to a width of 1800 mm. The Table Column Set needs to be combined with Tubes D16 6 A/F and Profiles D40/D30 in the desired lengths. That means you are free to build any size of frame you like, up to 1800 mm x 1800 mm.

Table Column Set D40/D30 K is the basis for a huge variety of table solutions and features a crank drive for ergonomically adjusting working height (adjustment range: 300 mm). Based on the Lean Production Building Kit System, it supports seamless integration into lean production operations. Sturdy tables can be built that have a load-carrying capacity of up to 120 kg, can be configured as mobile solutions and don’t require a power supply.

The table legs are synchronised discretely and reliably by Tube D16 6 A/F (0.0.699.97), which runs through the Profile Tubes under the Table Top as a power transmission element.

The crank can be removed and, if required, can be securely stowed on the work bench using Magnetic Holder 8 Nd (0.0.687.14).
