Release Unit D30 H8 comprises a pivoting release bar with integrated spring-loaded reset mechanism and a universal adapter plate that is compatible with all item D30 roller conveyors and D30 conveyor rollers. The adapter plate ensures the container stop always projects by 8 mm in all installation scenarios. When actuated by a roller or ramp, the bar pivots to the side and clears the way.
Depending on the type of roller conveyor being used, Release Unit D30 H8 can be fastened to the top or bottom of a cross profile using a Multiblock. When not using a Multiblock, the Release Unit can be fastened to a Line 6 or 8 groove. When fastening the Release Unit to a Profile Tube D30, the Profile Tube should be connected to the surrounding frame using Fastener D30 T1, because this fastener has an anti-torsion feature.
