Profile 8 40x40 1N D30 light is a universal construction profile made of high-quality anodized aluminium in the modular dimension of Line 8 that features a Line D30 profile flank. This means you can now use Fasteners D30 to connect (Profile) Tubes D30 directly to a frame made of rectangular Line 8 profiles – with no need to use adapters. This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item features three open Line 8 profile grooves. The profile contour of the Lean Production Building Kit System fits flush with the top.
Profile 8 40x40 1N D30 light makes it easier to build applications in which (Profile) Tubes are combined with Line 8 profiles. Different fasteners are used depending on the orientation of the profile flank. Typical applications include load-bearing base frames with superstructures made of (Profile) Tubes as a weight-saving measure. Note: Where the profile side with the flank contour meets the end face of a Line 8 profile, a mounting bore for a screw connection is needed to make the fastening.
