Secure hold on substructures! Flange 8 D30 90x90-80 180° and Flange 8 D30 90x40-80 90° add two wings to a D30 connector, which reliably absorb lateral forces. This ensures a particularly rigid connection when attaching a tube construction to a Line 8 profile. The wings on Flange 8 D30 90x40-80 180° are arranged opposite each other, while the wings on Flange 8 D30 90x90-80 90° are at a right angle to each other. The latter Flange is therefore suitable for fastening Profile Tubes D30 to the corners of a supporting frame on a tugger train. Due to the forces that are generated, item recommends always using the Flange with a (Profile) Tube D30 heavy duty. As is usually the case in Profile Tube System D30, the M10 grub screws are tightened using a 5 A/F key. Note: The two holes for fastening to a Line 8 groove are not located in line with the modular dimension of Profile Tube System D30.
Note: In addition to the maximum load-carrying capacity of the Flange, it is important to take into account the load limits of the adjacent components in the construction. My = 150 Nm Fz = 1000 N
