Recommended profile lengths when building doors for XMS frame structures. A door panel must be at least 300 mm wide. Hinge Al PP4, light duty (0.0.488.94) and customised hinge strips made from Hinge Leaf Profile V 8 z light (0.0.488.34) can be used as door hinges.

Once the door frame has been assembled and the panel element secured, the system is sealed in place with Lip Seal 4-5 mm - XMS. The Lip Seals are best wetted with soapy water prior to assembly to ensure they can be inserted into the correct position with ease.
