Flat Conveyor Belts PUR ESD enable accumulation on conveyor lines and have an especially robust surface that exhibits reduced static friction. These black conveyor belts are ideal when you need goods to collect in a line on your belt conveyor and they are also ESD safe. As a result, they prevent the kind of damage caused by electrostatic charging. The flat conveyor belt is supplied in the desired length with both ends joined together.
The ESD safety of the flat conveyor belts has been tested and checked to DIN EN 61340. Flat Conveyor Belts PUR ESD are available in a range of widths. When ordering, please ensure the dimensions of the conveyor belt and the drive and return pulleys are identical. Pre-tensioning must be set correctly to ensure the systems run reliably and to minimise wear.
