Fixing System, Angle Strip X 8 Al is the outer panel fastening of the item Fixing System. This L-shaped aluminium strip is fastened to Base Profile X 8 (0.0.716.23). It clips into the underside of the Base Profile and holds a panel in position.
The item Fixing System is a modular system for fixing in place panels. It is particularly suitable for use in cleanrooms but can also be used to build walls and ceilings. When used together, Base Profiles, Angle Strip covers, Rebate Profiles and Lip Seals help to create easy-to-clean surfaces of the type that are needed in a cleanroom. The Fixing System can also be combined with a range of panel elements as well as Lines X and XMS. There is no need to cut out sections on profiles or panels. The elastic Fixing System, Lip Seal 8 seals the gap between the panel element and Rebate Profile on the Fixing System. Made of TPV, the seal clips into the Rebate Profile to create a pressure-resistant seal and compensate for tolerances between the panel and profile.
