With a shaker conveyor, you have endless possibilities – you can transport, sort, and separate products. Everything from coolants or dust to scrap and more can be handled. The conveyor is electrically driven and can manage a maximum total product weight of 100 kg and a top speed of 8 m/min. The chute is custom-designed for the product you send to us.

There are now four sizes and seven models of the Shaker Conveyor available.

The largest model is called ECS-101, it is 78 mm high and can transport up to 100 kg. The next size is ECS-121, 68 mm high with a capacity of 40 kg, followed by the ECS-141, 47 mm high with a capacity of 20 kg. The smallest version for very tight spaces is the ECS-181, only 38 mm high with a capacity of 10 kg.

Most models are also available in the Clean Line version, designed for applications with especially high requirements, such as cleanrooms, the defense industry, and the food industry.

The compact design simplifies installation in tools where only air-driven alternatives were previously available. It is the market’s best solution thanks to its monitoring and reliability, which eliminate costly downtime.
