Carriage D37-32 ESD is used to transport materials by suspending them on Conveyor Rail Profile 6 30x30-80 (0.0.712.90). The easy-running, ESD-safe carriage features a universal connection tab on the underside for use with hangers and spring hooks, for example.
An incline of 3° is all that Carriage D37-32 ESD needs in order to travel along the Conveyor Rail Profile independently under the force of gravity, all the way to the End Stop. Two low-friction castors and four vertical rollers for lateral support ensure smooth running, even when under load and when weight is distributed asymmetrically. A swing/tilt angle stop mechanism limits oscillating motions to 15°.
An indentation designed for labels is included on both sides of the casing for material management purposes. It is suitable for self-adhesive labels or QR codes in a format of 34 x 30 mm or 41 x 37 mm with R4 radii at the corners.
