Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 is a fastener for up to two Sprocket Wheels z16 D34.8-5.2 (0.0.714.48). Push the Adapter Sleeve onto a Profile Tube D30 (recommended: Profile Tube D30 heavy duty) and use the lock nut to secure the Sprocket Wheel so there is no play. The grub screws create a friction-based connection with the profile.
Thanks to the spacer rings included in the scope of supply, one Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 can accommodate two Sprocket Wheels. The supporting profile is mounted with Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 M6 (0.0.715.23) and acts as a synchronisation shaft. Several Adapter Sleeves can be used on the profile for spatially separated power transmission.
The Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 must be secured with adhesive for threadlocking, with a breakaway torque of min. 30 Nm, and is tightened using a DIN 1810 A, 52-55 mm hook wrench. The tool is not included in the scope of supply.
Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) is an alternative to a cable for Karakuri/LCA applications It is connected to a profile using Chain Fastener 1/2" M6-50 (0.0.708.59). It can be redirected using Pulley D75/D55 (0.0.708.62) and Chain Connector 1/2" 90° (0.0.708.60). Sprocket Wheel z16 D34 (0.0.714.48) is used to transmit forces, and is fitted in place on a Profile Tube D30 heavy duty using Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50). The Profile Tube itself is fitted to a frame using Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 (0.0.715.23), which ensures it can rotate freely.
