Bearing Set D30/D16-5 M6

Efficient container management! Karakuri/LCA can help you significantly reduce the strain on your employees when stacking and unstacking small load carriers (SLCs). The rotating Stacking Unit D30 Bars T1 and T2 have a large contact surface, ensuring containers are held securely in place. When actuated, the Bars pivot to the side and release the SLCs for further handling. Stacking Unit D30 Bar T1 and Stacking Unit D30 Bar T2 are functionally identical but mirror images of each other for use on opposite sides. Two of each product – Stacking Unit D30 Bars T1 and T2 – are needed to construct a stacker/destacker. If two bearing points are needed on the stacking unit, the free hole can be extended with an additional Bearing Set D30/D16-5 M6 (0.0.702.10). The Bearing Set is used to fasten the Bar to a Line 6 groove (on Profile Tube 6 D30, for example). The Bearing Set features two axial needle bearings and one radial ball bearing for reduced friction and improved process reliability. Even when under load, the durable bearing ensures only a small amount of force is needed to release containers.
