Central-Fastening Set P 6 is used to connect parallel Line 6 profiles. As a result, separate inherently stable guard and partition elements can be very quickly connected together in series. A height offset can also be subsequently evened out.
In order to use the fastener, one of the profiles needs to have one hole drilled into it for the fastener sleeve and another for the clamping pin.
Installation sequence for Central-Fastening Set P 6: 1. Drill holes into profile 1 and insert the fastener sleeve 2. Swivel the T-Slot Nut into the groove of profile 2 and screw in the clamping pin until the lower edge of the sleeve is flush with the surface of the profile 3. Move the T-Slot Nut and clamping pin to the correct position in the groove and put the profiles together 4. Tighten the connection with the M6 grub screw (tightening torque M = 3.5 Nm) 5. To release the connection, remove the grub screw
