V-Shaped Belt Conveyor for Improved Production Efficiency

For one of our customers, we recently designed and built a V-shaped belt conveyor with an additional support roller and a high-friction, wear-resistant belt. The solution provides easy cleaning and reliable handling of sugar, contributing to improved operational performance and production efficiency for our customer.

Design and Features

The belt conveyor is 550 mm wide and features a V-shaped design with an additional support roller underneath the belt. Since the conveyor is used for handling sugar, a high-friction, wear-resistant belt was used to help prevent sugar from sticking to and damaging the belt.

Client Benefits

The V-shaped design makes the belt easier for the customer to clean using either a brush or compressed air. The wear-resistant belt also provides increased durability and helps prevent sugar from sticking to and damaging the belt. This contributes to more reliable operation and improved production efficiency for our customer.
