We proudly introduce a customer project that combines our FKK Linear Modules with the customer’s choice of an engine, providing a high level of customization and performance.

The FKK Linear Module is specifically designed to handle heavy-duty movements, making it a formidable choice for a wide range of industrial applications. With options for a 32 or 40 mm ball screw and double 30-rails, it offers precision and robustness in motion control.

One of the standout features of the FKK Linear Module is its exceptional torsional stiffness, which enables it to withstand significant lifting forces, reaching up to an impressive 750 kg when used in vertical applications. This level of strength ensures reliability and safety in even the most demanding scenarios.

For enhanced durability and performance, the FKK Linear Module is equipped with a powerful two-row angle contact bearing on the drive side. This, coupled with double groove ball bearings on the loose side, guarantees smooth and consistent operation, reducing wear and tear on the components and extending the overall lifespan of the system.
