Plastic 6mm ESD, grey, similar to RAL 7035

The Plastic available from item is a thermosetting material with very high abrasion and impact resistance. The ESD-safe panel in a thickness of 6 mm is laminated in the colour grey. It is suitable for work benches and machinery that need to be configured with ESD precautions. The low discharge resistance (7.5 x 10 5 Ω < R < 10 9 Ω) applies to the entire panel element. Since both the surface and core of this material are ESD safe, table tops do not require conductive edge strips. The electrostatically dissipative Plastic panel material can also be used for shelves, on which the cut edges of milled areas and drilled holes exhibit the same discharge properties as the surface. Panels made of resin-bonded cellulose laminate are resistant to high temperatures. The data sheet sets out details relating to thermal expansion that must be taken into account when installing panels in frame structures.

Plastic panels are available from item in various colours. Thanks to their hygienically sealed melamine resin surface, they exhibit especially good resistance to many chemicals. A full list can be found in the product data sheet. Important: Panel elements made of Plastic must be stored and transported lying flat until they are to be installed. Due to the production processes used, the brilliance and colour of laminated surfaces can differ slightly from the RAL colour stated.
