Available in various widths (80, 120 and 160 mm) and heights (40 and 80 mm), Parts Containers make it easier to store and pick small parts at work benches. The stackable Parts Containers are divided into two sections: a storage part at the rear and an integrated picking tray at the front, where small parts can be neatly pre-sorted into portions via a sloping transition point. Parts Container Fasteners are used to secure the Containers to profiles with a Line 8 groove. The angle between the Container and profile can be adjusted in 15° increments to support natural movement sequences.
Parts Containers can be mounted in 15° increments on Parts Container Fasteners fitted to profiles or other components (⌀ 7 mm for M6). This helps make optimum use of the handling area and ensures supplied parts can be changed over quickly.
The window can be used for content labelling cards. It can also be used rotated around 180° (with the black face to the front).
