Standard-Fastening Set 5 ESD, bright zinc-plated from item joins two Line 5 profiles at a right angle to create a connection that is highly resistant to displacement and torsion. The connecting plate is made of bright zinc-plated steel and projects into the grooves on both sides to ensure the alignment of the profiles is torsion-resistant. The special screw breaks through the insulating anodized surface covering to facilitate an ESD-safe contact between the profiles. A thread needs to be tapped into the core bore of the first profile to install the fastener. TThe second profile requires an installation bore and is connected in a fixed position.
