Profile 6 60x30 4N180 light is a universal construction profile made of high-quality anodized aluminium in the modular dimension of Line 6. This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item features two open Line 6 profile grooves. The grooves on its two wide sides are closed. This aluminium profile can be used to build frames that have easy-to-clean unbroken outer surfaces.
The profiles in Line 6 are available in standard and light design variants. Due to additional cavities, a Profile 6 60x30 light weighs around 28 percent less than a Profile 6 60x30 in the same length. The area moments of inertia against profile deflection and the maximum groove load-bearing capacity of the selected profile must be given due consideration in respect of the loads involved. Line 6 profiles from item are available with closed grooves in a variety of arrangements. The profile wall can be opened up partially or completely so that the groove underneath can be used.
