Braking Castor Insert D32-50 regulates the speed of even light containers and goods on Roller Conveyor 6 40x40 E D30. The braking castor is suitable for transported goods weighing upwards of 200 g. The adaptive braking function is performed by a planetary gearbox that runs very smoothly and quietly. It helps lightweight containers get moving again.
To keep goods flows consistent, item braking castors should be used at multiple points along the entire length of the roller conveyor. The spacing L A should not exceed the length of the transported goods L K .
The braking castor clips into Roller Conveyor 6 40x40 E D30 in the place of existing castors. To install two braking castors, three Castors and one pair of Roller Tracks must be removed first. Note: Braking Castor Insert D32-50 has been designed for the geometry of Roller Conveyor 6 40x40 E D30 and cannot be used with Roller Conveyor 8 D30.
