Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 M8 is used to install a Profile Tube D30 on a rotating bearing. The Profile Tube is fitted between the two centric, ball-bearing mounted screws. The flat brackets are screwed into a Line 8 groove. The chamfer on the flat bracket ensures that a Fastener D30 can still be fastened to the adjoining profile flank of a Profile 8 D30.
Together, the Bearing Flange Set, Sprocket Wheel z16 D34 (0.0.714.48) and Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50) create a synchronisation shaft for transmitting a motion to other functional units in Karakuri/LCA applications.
Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) is an alternative to a cable for Karakuri/LCA applications It is connected to a profile using Chain Fastener 1/2" M6-50 (0.0.708.59). It can be redirected using Pulley D75/D55 (0.0.708.62) and Chain Connector 1/2" 90° (0.0.708.60). Sprocket Wheel z16 D34 (0.0.714.48) is used to transmit forces, and is fitted in place on a Profile Tube D30 heavy duty using Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50). The Profile Tube itself is fitted to a frame using Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 (0.0.715.23), which ensures it can rotate freely.
