GST18-5 T-Splitter features one male connector and two female connectors that allow for attaching an additional device to a power and control cable. The 5-pin Splitter with neutral and protective earth conductors can be used to connect several LED light fittings with a GST18-5 male connector to the power grid in a cascading connection. The screw fixing with integrated strain relief for the cable ensures installation can be carried out quickly and securely. In the GST18-5 system, the male and female connectors are automatically joined in the correct orientation.
The GST18-5 system can be used to link a power supply and operating element to several devices via a cascading connection. To create a parallel connection between all the LED light fittings in a ceiling, connect the power cable and pushbutton to a GST18-5 Connector (0.0.732.14). Use GST18-5 Extension Cable, Socket/Plug, 3m (0.0.732.24) and GST18-5 T-Splitter (0.0.732.16) to supply power to the first LED unit and to the device connection of the next light fitting. Up to 30 Drop-In Light Fittings LED 1200x300 (0.0.716.96) can be switched in parallel.
