Fastener D30 T2 is used to create a connection with Double Profile Tube D30. This die-cast aluminium fastener produces a lasting hold with no creep behaviour. The connection is stable as soon as it has been tightened. A notch in one half of the fastener makes it ideal for use with Double Profile Tubes that have a connecting web. It is important to take into account the orientation of the double profile.
Depending on how the Double Profile Tubes are oriented in your frame, you will have to use either Fastener D30 T1 (0.0.687.84) or Fastener D30 T2 (0.0.728.51). On Fastener D30 T1, the notch for the connecting web is located between the two halves of the fastener, while the notch on Fastener D30 T2 is located in one of the fastener halves. When the web is parallel to the Profile Tube D30 to which the double profile is being fastened, use Fastener D30 T1. When the web is at a right angle to the Profile Tube D30, use Fastener D30 T2.
