Profile 8 120x16 E is used as a foot-rail on guard-rails. It sits directly against the underfoot surface and stops objects inadvertently dropping off. The foot-rail also reduces the gap between the knee-rail and underfoot surface, making it less likely that users will slip through. At 120 mm high, the item foot-rail is higher than required by the applicable standards. Profile 8 120x16 E is screwed directly to the Stanchion Base Sockets of a guard-rail.
