Profiled Linear Guide Rail with special rail base geometry. Clamping using the Guide Rail Mounting Profile and Guide Rail Clamping Profile makes it possible to use rails without holes that do not require Caps, or subsequent machining.
Linear Guide Rail PS 4-25 uses fastening profiles to create a clamping effect. A Guide Rail Mounting Profile, a Guide Rail Clamping Profile and the appropriate number of Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws DIN 6912-M6x40 are required to mount each guide rail. The screws connect the two components of the linear guide system while the fastening profiles do not need to be machined. Recommended tightening torque for the screws M A = 10 Nm .
