The item Access Door system is based on components that have been carefully coordinated to produce highly functional door solutions. The components are available both separately and as a standardised or configurable door solution. The finished door can be combined with an outer door frame made of Line 8 profiles (standard or light variants). It can also be opened and closed from both sides and features an all-round seal.
Door Profile Hinge 8 is a strong door mounting element with a simple adjustment mechanism. It is particularly suitable for fastening doors made of Door Profile 8 103x40 (0.0.706.51) that have an all-round rebate. It can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and in terms of how tightly the door sits against its seal.
Door Profile Hinge 8 can be used to fit the door so it closes on either the right or left side. It can also be fitted to doors made of Line 8 construction profiles (standard and light variants).
Door Profile Hinge 8 can be adjusted when it has been installed: Height: +3 to -2 mm Gap spacing: ± 2.5 mm Depth in frame: ± 0.5 mm The minimum gap from the profile edge is 20 mm. A third hinge can be installed, if necessary, and this should be located 150 mm below the top hinge. Two hinges: - Maximum door leaf size: 1250 x 2100 mm - Load-carrying capacity: 160 kg. Three hinges: - Maximum door leaf size: 1250 x 2100 mm - Load-carrying capacity: 180 kg
