Chain 3/8″ 1×44

Chain 3/8" 1x44 is used in motor fastening sets for conveyor belts with the item indirect drive. The chain transmits torque from the motor via Sprocket Wheel Set z10 d12 (0.0.730.99) to the drive pulley for either the flat belt or timing belt of the conveyor. The endlessly riveted, single-row chain is supplied lubricated and ready for immediate use. The chain should be replaced if signs of wear are identified. A deviation of up to 3 percent from its starting length is permissible on the chain.

The chain is supplied ready-lubricated and with wear and corrosion protection. To guarantee durability, it is advisable to regularly lubricate the chain with standard chain lubricants. It is advisable to lubricate the chain after 100 hours of use and thereafter at regular intervals of 500 hours. Before applying new lubricant, use a clean cloth to remove old lubricant.
