Customized Heavy-Duty Cart

At AluFlex Group, we specialize in delivering custom material handling solutions tailored to our clients’ unique requirements. Recently we developed a custom heavy-duty cart for one of our clients to improve both efficiency and ergonomics in their workflow.

Suunnittelu ja ominaisuudet

The heavy-duty cart is built using the item MB building kit system and easily handles loads of up to 300 kg, and more if required. It is equipped with machined mounting fixtures in hardened steel as well as fixtures in white plastic, providing high flexibility. On one side of the cart, there is an integrated quick coupling that makes it easy to connect the smaller cart to the larger one. On the other side, there is a truck coupling that enables smooth movement with a forklift. This makes handling materials from the warehouse to production simple, safe and efficient.
