Profile 8 80x40 F14-180° light is a specialised construction profile in the modular dimension of Line 8 featuring two widened grooves. The profile is made of high-quality anodized aluminium and is ideal for building frames designed to accommodate panel elements that are up to 14 mm thick. This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item also features four open Line 8 profile grooves.
Profiles 8 F14 can be fastened together without any profile machining by using Angle Brackets V 8 40 Zn (0.0.486.28). These Angle Brackets have an anti-torsion feature on one side which locates them in the correct position in the profile groove.
Depending on the thickness of the panel element used, it is advisable to use the following Lip Seals: s = 10 – 12 mm => Lip Seal 8 2-4 mm s = 12 – 14 mm => Lip Seal 8 4-6 mm
