The easy way to use pneumatic applications with Installation Profile 8 160x80 K76! Simply use Pneumatic Connecting Set 8 80x40 G1/2 to connect to a compressed air supply. It can be fitted to any point along the narrow edge of the profile, once a through-hole has been drilled to the integral compressed-air conduit. The drill template is included in the scope of supply. The through-hole is predrilled with a 10.0 mm drill and then widened to 12.7 mm. Note: Pneumatic Connecting Set 8 160x40 G1/2 is used with Installation Column Profile 8 160x160 K76. Accessories such as Sealing Plugs and the Screw Plug can be used on both the Installation Profile and the Installation Column.

To help make the necessary through hole, the Pneumatic Connecting Set includes a drill template that is also used to cover over the edge of the through hole. First, position the drill template in the desired position, with the flat side down. Next, use the pneumatic connecting plate, along with the enclosed Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws and T-Slot Nuts to hold the template securely on the profile.

Using a ⌀ 10.0 mm metal spiral drill, drill a through hole into the compressed air conduit through the drill template.

Once the hole has been drilled, remove the pneumatic connecting plate and drill template. Next, enlarge the through hole with a ⌀ 12.7 mm metal spiral drill.
