Multiblock 8 PA 0/5 mm is used to fasten panel elements and especially perforated sheets to profile constructions.
The slot on Multiblock 8 PA 0/5 mm is 15 mm longer than that of other item Multiblocks. This means the integrated square nut (M6) can be positioned as appropriate to the pattern of a perforated sheet. As a result, no machining is necessary to make a screw fixing.
To insert Multiblock PA in profiles with closed grooves, it is recommended to remove the groove cover at the relevant location using a counterbore. The Step Drill, Universal Connection 6 (0.0.431.19) is ideal for this purpose. The required counterbore depth is just 2 mm!
The Multiblock can be easily inserted into a Line 8 groove and firmly twisted into position.
Depending on its orientation, it offers two different installation positions relevant to the profile edge – either flush or with a 5 mm gap for the panel element.
