Ball Screws
Aluflex offers a wide range of ball screws as well as complete motor assemblies. Our ball screws are available in diameters from 8 mm to 63 mm. The entire range of ball screws below are rolled grade C7, and are suitable for everything from simpler movements to application such as special machines and tool machines. As standard, the ball screws have a max. shaft play of 0-0.08 mm (P0). On request, we preload the ball screws to 2% of the dynamic load rating (P1)
We would be happy to help you dimension the screw or, alternatively, the entire movement including motor assembly and screw. We also provide a service to turn the ball screws on a lathe to match the bearing required.

The SFHR series is a DIN standard flange nut in diameters 12-40 mm, grade rolled C7.
SFVR Ball Screw for press applications
The SFVR series is a press screw with flange nuts in diameters 50-63 mm, rolled C7 grade.
SFK Miniature Ball Screw
The SFK series is a miniature screw with flange nuts in diameters 8-10 mm, rolled C7 grade.
SFUL left-Handed Thread Ball Screw
The SFUL series has a left-handed thread, DIN standard flange nuts in diameters 16, 20 and 32 mm with pitch 5 mm, rolled C7 grade.
